About the seven-day appreciation period
In accordance with the regulations of the Consumer Protection Act, the products you purchase on this site have the right to enjoy a seven-day appreciation period. The appreciation period is calculated from the day after you complete the receipt of the goods to the 7th day, that is, 168 hours (please note that if the shipment is collected by the administrator, the calculation will start from the day of collection). If the goods you ordered were delivered and signed for on January 1, the appreciation period is from January 2 to January 8, and you must complete the return application process before 6 p.m. on the day before the end of the appreciation period.
If you need to return the product within the seven-day appreciation period, please ensure that the condition of the product meets the return standards, otherwise we will not be able to accept your return application. Return and exchange policy

Defect exchange
The products on this site belong to the food category. Due to safety and health considerations, returns/exchanges will not be accepted once unpacked, unless there are damage, damage or incomplete product defects that are not caused by humans. If there are any non-human problems or delivery errors within the seven-day appreciation period, please contact customer service for after-sales/compensation. If you want to return/exchange new, unopened, non-defective goods after the seven-day appreciation period, a service fee of 20% of the total amount will be charged, and you will have to bear the return shipping costs. When exchanging goods, please confirm whether the original packaging of the goods is intact. After confirmation, please send it back to the company by yourself and inform the product number, order name, and contact number. The company will contact you after receiving the goods to handle the return details. If the product is found to be unsatisfactory, exchange the goods. The exchange procedure cannot be carried out under these conditions.
Returns and refunds
a) Logistics will send back the returned goods, and after checking that all packaging and shipping status are correct (goods, gifts, packaging, accessories), we will handle the refund for you as soon as possible.
b) All products on this website may leak due to pressure changes during transportation. If leakage is found, please take photos/videos and contact customer service for free return and exchange. If you have any other concerns, please contact customer service.
c) Returned (exchanged) goods must be in brand new condition and completely packaged (including the integrity of the goods, accessories, packaging, cartons, purchases, gifts, etc.) without scratches or dirt.
d) Returned or exchanged goods must be properly packaged. Do not directly paste paper or write on the original packaging of the goods.
e) If the purchased goods are eligible for promotions (such as full discounts, free shipping, etc.), when returning or exchanging the goods, the entire transaction must be returned and exchanged together.
Delivery error description
