1. Shipping method
Cooperate with logistics:
Supermarket: 7-11 (supermarket stores on Taiwan’s main island and outer islands)
Delivery days/region:
a) Shipping fee: NT$80 in Taiwan (orders with an amount over NT$2,000 including tax enjoy free shipping throughout Taiwan).
b) Arrival time: It takes about 2 to 4 days to arrive at the designated supermarket. Currently, it has cooperated with 7-11 stores to pick up the goods (outer islands are subject to the local supermarket that can pick up the goods); you can also choose the arrival time by yourself in the order notes.
c) To ensure transaction privacy and security, it is recommended to use a proxy when ordering. After the goods are delivered, only notifications for pickup will be sent through text messages. The text messages will not mention the contents or the store. Customers will never be disturbed by phone calls. Please just pay attention to the text messages in time.
Concealed packaging
a) The carton is completely unprinted and the contents of the package cannot be seen.
b) The sender and recipient are both anonymous and the source of the purchase website will not be disclosed.
c) Go to the supermarket payment system to only display the total amount and not the product purchase details.
d) If you apply for an invoice, it will be marked as "gift" and the privacy of the product will not be disclosed.
2. Shipping instructions
a) After placing the order (excluding the day of ordering), it will be shipped in about 1 working day, excluding holidays.
b) If there are a large number of orders during holidays or force majeure natural disasters, shipments may be delayed.
c) Please pay attention to the arrival SMS and pick up the goods within 7 days after arrival. Please do not fail to pick up the goods without any reason; any freight losses will be borne by the customer.
