Q How do I use the product?
The pod vape main unit is unpacked, assembled with the adapted cigarette cartridge and ready for use. Disposable and ready to use after opening the package. The oil-filled main unit needs to be matched with e-liquid. After injecting the e-liquid into the empty cartridge, it can be used after being assembled on the adapting main unit. Heating smoke equipment must be used with suitable heating smoke.
Q Why can't my device charge?
Most host equipment will have power protection and will automatically turn off the lights when fully charged. Another possibility is that the battery has not been charged for a long time. So you can try wiping the positive and negative terminals of the device with paper. Then use the data cable to charge for 15 minutes, put on the cigarette cartridge to see if it returns to normal.
Q Why is my cigarette cartridge or disposable cartridge leaking when I receive it?
There are many factors that affect leakage. May be damaged during shipping. Or it could be weather that causes the temperature to be too high or too low. When you are in one of these situations. Don't worry, please contact us in time and we will give you a reasonable solution.
Q Why do I get oil when I smoke e-cigarettes?
First of all, e-cigarettes have a probability of oil consumption. Compared with first-generation cartridges, the probability of using fifth- and sixth-generation cartridges is much smaller. The reason is that the ceramic core is larger and has a higher oil capacity. Generally, when you encounter oil consumption, you can swing the cigarette holder of the cigarette cartridge downward, wipe it clean and try it again. Please avoid smoking e-cigarettes upside down while lying down.

Q Can I charge and pump at the same time?
It is not recommended to use it while charging to avoid burning out the internal coil and rendering the product unusable.

Most cigarette cartridges of the first generation host equipment are interchangeable with each other and are not suitable for special upgrades of the first generation (such as SP2S PRO) and fourth, fifth and sixth generation cigarette cartridges. For devices of the fourth generation or above, please consult LINE customer service when purchasing cigarette cartridges. Customer service will provide you with adaptable cigarette cartridge categories.
Q How should I maintain my vaping device?

(3) Do not place heavy objects on the e-cigarette.

Q How should I dispose of used cigarette cartridges?
Used empty ammunition should be recycled together with electronic waste.
Q When should I replace the cigarette cartridge?
You can see the remaining amount of e-liquid through the cartridge. If the e-liquid is insufficient or there is a burning smell, the cartridge should be replaced immediately.
Q Why does my e-cigarette device get hot?

Q How long can the cigarette cartridges be kept after being opened?
We recommend that opened or used cartridges be used within six months.
Q When I smoke an e-cigarette, I feel like it’s blocked, tight, and I can’t smoke it in.
Start by checking to see if the appliance's vents are blocked by anything. Sometimes the vents are blocked by stickers. Just remove the sticker.
Q What should I do if I smell a burning smell?
When you smell something burning, stop smoking immediately. First, check whether the e-liquid is used up. If so, you should replace the cartridge with a new one. If there is still enough e-liquid, please replace it with a new one and check. Maybe the cartridge is damaged.
Q Why doesn’t my e-cigarette produce vapor?
- There is insufficient e-liquid in the cartridge.
-The e-liquid is located between the firing pin and the bottom of the cartridge.
- Your console is not charging
- Try a different pod and see if that helps.
Solution:
- Tap the pod lightly on the table with the mouth facing up, then reinsert it into your device. Some tiny bubbles will rise and re-saturate the wick.
- Use cotton swabs and alcohol to clean the contacts inside the main unit and on the cartridge. Remove any moisture that has come into contact with the inside of the pod and the pod. This should restore the connection between the pod and the pod.
